Not all lawyers are bad, just misunderstood. ;)
I don't see this as a matter of bad lawyers, but people not happy with what they THINK they deserve (ah-la the sisters).
Karma is a bitch sometimes. Court aggres with them and awards extra money that the lawyers immediately take in fees plus quite some more.
Careful what you ask for you just might get it.
